All good body builders and weight trainers know the importance of eating well and right. In this day and age though, even the most dedicated of body builders will have a hard time getting a well balananced diet down them. After a workout, the bodies supply of creatine is waning. All good body builders know that to pack on some serious mass, you must replenish your bodies energy, protein, fat and creatine stores as soon after your workout as possible. This allows the body to recover quickly from post workout stress.
Creatine is a chemical found in all verterbrates that allows energy exchange from the blood stream to the muscle cells. Without a sufficient supply of Creatine, the body would take a much longer time to recover from any form of exercise. BSN Cellmass is different to other creatine supplements in that it requires no loading phase - traditionally, creatine supplements require that you take the supplement for up to 5 days before you start training, whereas with BSN Cellmass you don't have to.
Cellmass also contains patented CEM3 technology, what the real world difference between this and other creatine is I'm not sure, but according to the manufacturers CEM3 technology allows the body to recover quicker, allows you to lift more weight during training, and increases muscle hardness and definity. In conclusion, Cellmass seems alot like other creatine supplements in that the overall 'features' of the product are the same, but is different from other products in that there is no loading phase. This is particularly useful for those of us who don't want to break our existing training routine.
